Salsa in Istanbul
Turkey
Salsa in Istanbul runs four nights a week, and all four are weekly socials. Wednesday is the busiest night with two parties, followed by one on Friday and one on Saturday. That gives you a midweek and a weekend option across three venues. Most of these nights happen in clubs and social bars around Beyoglu and the Nevizade area near Taksim. Salsa here shares the floor with bachata and kizomba, since both styles run four events each in the same city. Many parties mix all three across the night, so you can dance more than one style in one visit. Coming alone is fine, as locals rotate partners and the scene is small enough that regulars know each other.
