About the studio
Salsa Club is one of the oldest and largest Latin dance schools in Poland's Tricity (Gdansk-Sopot-Gdynia), founded in 2004 and based in the Subislawa 19 studio in Gdansk-Zabianka with two training rooms (Sala Mala and Sala Duza). The school teaches a broad portfolio of partner and solo Latin styles including Cuban salsa, Salsa On2, bachata (sensual, footwork and Dominicana), kizomba, Argentine tango, semba and zouk, plus dance-fitness formats such as SALSATION and Salsa Cardio. Group classes run Monday to Saturday from beginner through advanced and Master Class levels, and a regular Friday Practice (18:00-21:00) gives students supervised social-dance time at a 20 PLN drop-in. Director Pawel Dylewski leads a team of long-standing local instructors plus international guests (Cuban Joan, Mexican Ricardo) who deliver authentic Cuban and bachata programmes. Pricing is package-based: 4-class packs cost 250 PLN, 6-class packs 280 PLN, single drop-in 80 PLN and a first-time taster 40 PLN. The school accepts Multisport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport, MyBenefit and PZU Sport benefit cards, with a dedicated 125 PLN/4-class FitProfit package. Beyond the studio, Salsa Club runs the famous Mega BIBA salsa night at Pick&Roll Club in Sopot - a Tricity dance institution with more than 14 years of history - and performs choreographies at regional festivals and corporate events.
Founded in 2004 as one of the first salsa schools in Pomerania (northern Poland), Salsa Club grew from a small group of dance enthusiasts into a Tricity-wide institution operating studios in Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Director Pawel Dylewski has built a team of long-tenured instructors with decades of combined teaching experience and supports the Tancz Foundation through the school's activity. Salsa Club has run the Mega BIBA salsa party at Pick&Roll Club in Sopot for over 14 years, making it the longest-running Latin social-dance event in the region.
