JO&JOE Budapest

JO&JOE Budapest is a hostel with two bars and a sizable rooftop that becomes the club room for the Saturday BOMBA! salsa–bachata party. The venue runs a ground-floor bar, a rooftop bar with a mural overlooking the courtyard and a self-service beer wall, plus a 258 m² lobby/event space that the hotel uses for themed nights. Saturday parties are ticketed (around HUF 2,990) and usually DJ-led.

It's in the ruin-bar quarter on Dohány utca 35, so expect a mixed crew of travellers and locals rather than a formal salsa scene. The rooftop (263 m² — seated 62 inside / 90 outside) is the main dance area but shares space with tables and the bar; if you need a clear wooden floor, check event details.
