Brotfabrik’s Noche de Salsa is Germany’s oldest salsa party — running Wednesdays from 21:00 for more than 30 years. It takes place in the Brotfabrik’s converted bread factory: a main event hall that doubles as a concert space and, on club nights, a cleared dance floor. Music is DJ‑led — the first Wednesday each month DJ Andres, other Wednesdays DJ Fred — with salsa, bachata, kizomba and occasional mambo. Cover is about €8; the evening box office and the courtyard bar MITEINANDER accept cash only.
The venue is run by Kulturprojekt 21 e.V. in Hausen and sits on an industrial, cultural compound with a small on-site bar and a courtyard. Public transport users can get off at Industriehof (U6, U7, M34, M72, M73, n1); parking is limited. Check the Brotfabrik programme for concerts on other nights — salsa night itself is DJ-focused and uses the main hall rather than live bands.
