Yohan & Maya

Yohan y Maya are a partner-dance duo specializing in Cuban salsa and bachata, and they also teach folklore, rumba, and son. In 2022 they took first place in traditional bachata at the World Championship of Free Steps La Negra. Performing under their A la Batalla banner, they appear at Cuban-themed festivals across Spain, including Timbatonazo Summer Festival 2026 in Santa Susanna, Mi Habana Baila in Barcelona, and Cambre Dance Festival. Their repertoire centers on authentic Cuban social dance, pairing salsa and bachata with Afro-Cuban rumba and son. Yohan & Maya are touring 1 festival on the 2026 circuit, including Cambré Dance Festival 2027.
