Mercedes Sayut is a Cuban-born dancer, choreographer and dance teacher based in Barcelona, Spain, with over 18 years of experience. Trained at the Vocational School of Arts in Cuba, she specializes in Cuban salsa, timba, salsa on2, lady style and sensual bachata, and has a following of around 86,000 on Instagram as @mercedessayut. In 2026 she performs at the Timbatonazo Summer Festival in Barcelona, Spain, and also appears at events including El Sol Tisno Dance City in Croatia and Afro Cuban Berlin in Germany.
