About the studio
Salsa Y Corazon is a long-established Latin dance school in Munich's Isarvorstadt, founded by Marion Morena Reittinger and active in the city since 1990. The school specialises in Salsa LA Style (ON1), Salsa Cubana with Rueda de Casino, Mambo ON2 and Bachata Sensual, with structured course progressions from Beginner 1 up to Advanced Club level. Lessons take place in a 170 m2 studio at Zenettistrasse 7, equipped with a sprung dance floor, mirrors and a BOSE sound system, and centrally located near the U3/U6 Poccistrasse subway stop. The team includes founder Marion Morena along with Andreas, Ruben, Teresa, Anna and guest mambo specialist Manu Reyes, all active on the international salsa congress circuit. Singles are explicitly welcome and the school will match dance partners when registering at least three days before a course starts. Beyond regular evening courses, Salsa Y Corazon offers weekend workshops, theme workshops, lady styling, refresher days, wedding dance packages, private lessons and an English-language salsa track. Special highlights include a salsa boat trip on Lake Starnberg in summer 2026 and partner-matching service that makes the school particularly accessible to newcomers.
Founded in 1990 by Marion Morena Reittinger, who has been teaching salsa in Munich since 1989. The school has been operating for over 35 years (as of 2026) and is registered as a sole proprietorship under Marion Reittinger at Zenettistrasse 7, 80337 Munich (VAT ID DE 160 674 345). Over the decades it has grown into one of Munich's longest-running Latin dance institutions, expanding from salsa-only origins to include Bachata Sensual, Mambo ON2, Cha Cha ON2 and Rueda de Casino while maintaining a strong reputation on the international salsa congress circuit.

Certified ADTV dance teacher specialising in ballroom dances, kids dance and salsa. Teaches the advanced salsa training circle on Wednesdays, combining choreography, fitness and a passion for movement.
Bachata teacher originally from southern Italy, dancing since 2015. She co-teaches the advanced Bachata Sensual classes alongside Ruben and is a well-known figure in Munich's bachata scene.
