Bachata, Salsa & Kizomba Venues in Bali
Bali's dance floors are scattered rather than clustered, so the island works best if you pick one area per night. Canggu, Seminyak and Ubud each hold their own cluster, and crossing the island after dark is slow going, so plan around one of them rather than all three.
Across 21 active venues, bachata sets the tone (19 venues, 22 weekly events), salsa runs close behind at 18 venues, kizomba fills 13, and four rooms run zouk. Thursday is the busiest night, though socials happen every day of the week, Sunday included.
Most floors sit inside restaurants, cafes and beach clubs that clear the tables once the music starts, so entry stays casual and dinner-first. The crowd mixes long-stay expats, teachers and short-term travellers, which keeps rotations open if you turn up alone. With 26 weekly socials packed into one island, a single week here covers a lot of ground.
