Antilla Salsa is Barcelona’s long-running Latin club now on Carrer Alcolea. The venue runs across two floors and two rooms — a bar area upstairs and a dance lounge downstairs — with a small stage/booth for the DJ and separate spaces for salsa and bachata.
Music at Antilla leans on DJ-led salsa, timba and bachata sets rather than live orchestras. The salsa lounge is modest in size, so once the floor fills there isn’t much elbow room; reviewers note it gets packed after midnight. Expect a social-practice vibe: regulars and visitors sharing the floor rather than performance-level shows.
Practical notes: Fridays are the late nights (Google lists closing around 04:30) and there are earlier Sunday sessions (roughly 18:00–23:00). Cover in reviews is reported around €12–13 including a drink. The club moved from its old Arago address late in 2023, so you’re stepping into a place with local history rather than a new pop-up.
