Bailamos Salsa

Three dedicated rooms — Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba — run as a weekly practica in Bailamos’ own studios on Leimgrubenweg. The space is studio-first: clear floors, mirrors and sound set up for practice rather than a bar party. The practica runs Thursdays 20:15–23:00 (admission ~CHF 7) and the organisers also stage weekend workshop weekends and occasional parties in the same rooms.

Expect teachers and regular students circulating between floors: classes and intensives feed the social, so you’ll find people who come to drill technique as much as to social dance. It’s friendly but purpose-driven — arrive when doors open if you want floor time for drilling, or later if you prefer the social rounds. This is a dance-school environment rather than a nightclub, so plan for studio acoustics, teacher-led touches and a community that keeps coming back.
