Rouge is a spacious waterfront bar with floor-to-ceiling windows and indoor–outdoor rooms (rooftop/cigar terrace) overlooking Cockle Bay. The venue runs a full stage, lighting and club sound — not a tiny studio — so salsa and bachata here play out like bar parties rather than studio socials.
Latin nights use a DJ rotation of roughly 2 Salsa : 3 Bachata (Movimiento Salchata runs on Tuesdays) and the site lists salsa/bachata nights on Tuesday and Saturday.
