Carine & Rafael

Rafael Barros and Carine Morais, known on social media as Carine y Rafael, are a Brazilian dance duo and 8x World Salsa Champions. Based in Miami and active across more than 35 countries, they work as dancers, teachers, and directors specializing in salsa on1 spins, technique, and partnering. At the Boston Salsa Festival 2026 in Waltham, United States, they teach an intermediate Salsa On1 Spins Technique and Partnering workshop. Carine & Rafael are touring 1 festival on the 2026 circuit, including Orlando Salsa Congress 2027.
