A purpose-built performing-arts studio in Mascot hosts AllSteps Thursdays — polished wooden floor, wall mirrors, large open shutters, powerful fans, pro sound and lighting, plus a separate chill room. The night pares partner dancing to three formats (two‑step, three‑step, four‑step) and maps modern Pop, RnB and Hip Hop tracks onto those rhythms; organisers publish playlists and take requests so the music reads more like a party than a traditional salsa set.

The evening begins with a beginner class 18:30–19:30, then the floor opens for social dancing from 19:30; organisers run short activities to pull newcomers into the mix. It's a free, community-led session run by Coach Joe — no partner required. Videos are regularly recorded for socials, so expect footage. Comfortable shoes are sensible if you plan to dance through the night.
