A weekly Friday bachata night runs upstairs at the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel — a multi-level pub with a rooftop terrace, poolroom and several function rooms. The dance happens in an upstairs function/terrace space above the main bar with casual bar service; expect a mixed pub crowd that shifts into dancers once the music starts. There’s normally a $20 cover for the event and entry is via the Union Street hotel entrance.

This isn’t a dedicated Latin club: the floor is a pub function room rather than a sprung ballroom, and the hotel also hosts live music on Fri–Sun. The venue holds a late liquor licence, so dancing can run past midnight; if you want a guaranteed spot, book a table through the hotel, otherwise turn up and join the crowd when the music kicks off. Nearby Darling Harbour means easy taxis and Ubers.
