Felons Barrel Hall is Felons Brewing Co's live-music hall at 5 Boundary Street, down under the Story Bridge on the Brisbane River. More than 20,000 litres of beer age here in red wine, chardonnay and whisky barrels, conditioned for up to 32 months with live music blaring against the wood.
The kitchen takes its cues from Thai street food, built to share over a round of those barrel-aged beers. The hall is open 11am to midnight every day, and gig doors are usually 8pm. Salsa runs on Sunday, free entry.
It is a big, loud room with a deck overlooking the river, ordering is by QR code, and reviewers report easy access from the CityCat ferry.
